When we receive your request we will e-mail you a return authorization number - without this number we cannot accept returned merchandise or refund your purchase price.

Upon receiving the authorization number please send all of the original product your purchased to

You will need to pay for the return postage but your refund will include our shipping charges to you.  The total amount you paid.  Please include a copy of your invoice or the original.

Upon receipt of the product within 48 hours  we will remit a check  to the address the product was shipped to
